Dale has developed teams dedicated to design, prototype development and multi-project retail rollout programs for: Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Sears - The Great Indoors, Parts America and NTB as well as Kohl’s and Circuit City, and has been involved with other programs such as Kinko’s and Toys-R-Us.

He’s an architect but his greatest skill is listening to the client. Dale values his relationships as a foundation of building trust and respect for meeting schedules and providing a quality product with results-oriented service for each and every client. Dale holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Agriculture, Horticulture degree from Oklahoma State University. He is a member of the AIA and licensed in multiple states throughout the United States.
